winter insulation is strongly recommended on any and all orders from November to April as temperatures here in Iowa require live plants to be insulated regardless of temperatures in your area. Please purchase winter insulation for every order, even though I pack with the utmost care and diligence, live arrival is not guaranteed nor are refunds processed for cold damage.
